Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.
The conventional appraoch to healthy living focuses on the science of food - which typically means tracking and restricting calories, fats, carbohydrates, and protein. A healthy lifestyle goes beyond the food on our plate. It also entails healthy relationships, a satisfying career, beneficial physical exercise, and nourishing self-care. I coach my clients to explore basic improvements in their overal lives, implementing gradual changes. By choosing a holistic approach to wellness, my clients find that their lives change dramatically for the better, with health being a positive side effect.
