I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Is your food benefitting your body and your brain? Is your food nurtient dense? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Through collaboration, my clients and I modify their current diets and add in healthier versions of the food they are already eating. This mehod creates a hapy, healthy life that is flexible, fun, rewarding and sustainable. As ALbert Einstein says, "If you always do what you've always done, you will always get what your've always got." By working with me, doing something new, you will get somhing new, or perhaps become somone new.
