My Training

I trained as a health and wellness expert at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. There, I learned effective and innovative methods of coaching as well as studying over 100 dietary theories—from Paleo, raw, and vegan, to macrobiotics, gluten-free, and everything else  in between. In addition, I have over twenty years of experience as an educator and am a Registered Nurse (BSN).

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention.  I work with clients like you to help make nutritional / lifestyle changes and choose a path in life that supports you feeling your best. By working together,  you will develop a deeper understanding of what nourishes your body,both with the food on your plate as well as topics beyord food, such a work-life balance, relatioship, career and finances.

My goal is always to help my clients find what is appropriate and sustainable for them - whether that is a certain type of exercise that works best for your body, or eating specific foods that help you feel truly alive. Under my careful guidance and personalized attention, you will come away from  our sessions feeling motivated to more your life in a more satisfying direction.
